Need a car? We can help you buy it.
We lend you the money to purchase your vehicle and you repay us in fixed monthly instalments over an agreed term. Simple, transparent, and built around what you can afford.
- Borrow EC$15,000 to EC$40,000
- Deposit At least 5% of the vehicle price
- Repayment terms Up to 36 months; up to 24 months for vehicles under EC$20,000 or more than 12 years old
- Secured by the vehicle you purchase
- Required Bill of Sale & comprehensive insurance
- Interest Add-on basis, fixed for the term — quoted with your written offer
- Your costs Legal fees, stamp duty, insurance & licensing are paid by the borrower

Sign your loan agreement, promissory note and Bill of Sale, and put comprehensive insurance and licensing in place. Our attorney then lodges the Bill of Sale for registration.

The Person Behind Pathways
Surge George
Managing Director
Surge George is a senior credit professional with over 20 years of experience in personal and commercial lending across the Caribbean. He has operated at the executive management level with direct responsibility for lending portfolios and delegated authority to make consequential credit decisions.
Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in corporate credit, managing complex lending relationships and overseeing large portfolios across a range of industries. His experience includes credit assessment, loan structuring, and ongoing management of borrower relationships and portfolio performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill (2002), and a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the Mona School of Business, UWI Mona (2005).
Surge established Pathways Finance to offer a more responsive and practical approach to lending—one that maintains strong credit discipline while allowing for greater flexibility in how loans are structured.
